Asia: (softly speaking while background music of Gloria Estefan’s “Conga” is playing) We are here for the last time in the skybox discussing the final question and answer. So girls… (turning to Chenes and Kendy) what do you think of the final 5 so far? Any favorites?

Kendy: I’m so happy to be here in the skybox because they were going to send me to the parking lot again to interview the parking attendant.

Chenes: I’m so glad to be here because I can see better… I forgot my glasses at home and I’m farsighted… or am I nearsighted?

Asia: (with a blank look on her face) the candidates… hello…

Kendy: Oh yes! I like the questions. They’re very socially aware and ethically responsible. But I think Miss Ukraine got her answer from someone else who won another pageant… ME!!! THAT WAS MY ANSWER FOR QUEEN USA 2005!!!

Asia: GASP! Do you mean Ukraine stole your answer...that BITCH! What a disgrace...I hope the judges read this blog to get the dirt on that bleach blonde thief!!!!!!

Chenes: TRUE! TRUE! Well… I feel bad for Miss Indonesia. I think she froze. She was more concerned about the big hole in the back of her gown than the answer she was giving.

Asia: AND did you see the double stick tape on the side of Miss Japans dress?!!! Tragedy! Anyway… let’s see who is this years MISS UNIBARSE!!! Nicole… back to you!

(Muted voice during screen transition because the commentators thought the microphone was already off: voice 1, “Oh my gosh! Did you see the kind of food they were serving backstage?, voice 2, “If I was one of those girls I would have sung a song, judges love that… ‘I believe the children are our future!!!’’”, voice 3, “Do you think we can take home the extra goodie bags?”)

'KAP-KHUN-KA' but NO THANKS for THAILAND as SHE GETS BOOTED OUT of MISS UNIBARSE

THAILAND is known for the 'Land of Smiles' but after MISS UNIBARSE it will also be known for beautiful wo-men...dolls!
First time delegate from Thailand shocks the whole world as she gets eliminated one competition away from the crown. She has come a long way since her orchid selling days one of the wet market in Phuket. She is now a full fledge beauty queen with millions of adoring fans.

To recap Thailand's performance at Miss Unibarse, she topped the evening gown competition and placed an incredible 3rd in all other preliminary categories. She was definitely the clear favorite by the preliminary judges to win it all. She finished 1st out of the 52 candidates for the crown during the preliminaries.

FIESTY RED HEAD from the 'RICH COAST' ENDS JOURNEY at MISS UNIBARSE

COSTA RICA ends her incredible and unexpected journey for the crown during the swimsuit competition missing the final 5 by a very narrow margin. This is Costa Rica's most successful attempt at MISS UNIBARSE. Last year's delegate did not place.

Red heads do not normally do well in pageants Costa Rica proved them wrong by competing on stage during the final rounds of competition for Miss Unibarse 2006. A clear heavy favorite by the press and the internet community, Costa Rica has been featured in prominant pageant related websites online. Costa Rica finished 4th during the headshot competition making her a clear standout and a clear favorite for the crown.

POWER HOUSE BEAUTY SETTLES for a TOP 10 FINISH

Known to the other delegate as the 'silent threat' due to her 'low key' competitive spirit, VENEZUELA glides through the final rounds of competition but settles for Top 10 finish at MISS UNIBARSE missing the final 5 by only a few spots.

Venezuelan's are known to be fierce and 'cut throat' competitors but this year's delegate is 'sweet as a lamb'. She managed to stay low key throughout the preliminaries by not winning any of the categories but she did manage to forced her way into the Top 10 completing 4 of the 5 very important categories. Congratulations VENEZUELA for another successful year at MISS UNIBARSE!

AFRICA'S HOPE for their FIRST MISS UNIBARSE WAS SENT HOME PACKING

ZIMBABWE's quest for the crown vanishes after the swimsuit competition. Zimbabwe breezed her way into the semi-finals topping the swimsuit competition. Zimbabwe also finished 4th during the preliminary evening gown competition with a lime silk satin gown and a beaded bustier.

Zimbabwe is one of the most successful African country to participate in Miss Unibarse. Last year's exotic delegate, who happens to be part Zimbabwean and Sri Lankan made it all the way to the Top 22 (Semifinals). Does this year's Miss Sri Lanka look familiar to you?

CARRIBEAN'S LAST HOPE for the CROWN LEAVES NAMIBIA

This year's winner of the 'Best National Costume' award, TRINIDAD and TOBAGO leaves the competition after the final round of swimsuits at MISS UNIBARSE 2006. This is T&T's 2nd year to participate at Miss Unibarse and their 1st Top 15 finish. Trinidad and Tobago is also the 2nd fast track winner to be voted out of competition by the judges.

Trinidad and Tobago was a fierce competitor and a force to be reckoned with during the entire competition. She finished 1st during the national costume category, pulled a top 5 at the evening gowns and a double top 10 finish during the swimsuit and headshot competitions.

GREEK GODDESS BOOTED OUT of the COMPETITION

The island nation of Greece sends a fresh, hip and stylish delegate to this year's MISS UNIBARSE pageant. A true fashionista at heart, GREECE wore one of the most revealing evening gowns in Miss Unibarse history. She also holds the record for the most suitcases in this year's pageant...20 overall, and that was just for her cocktail dresses!

This is GREECE's 2nd participation at Miss Unibarse and their first delegate to enter the Top 15. One fun side note, last year's representative moved to Calcutta after her reign and joined Miss India Unibarse 2006. She ended up winning the title in India and becomes one of Greece's competitors at this year's Miss Unibarse pageant.

DOMINICAN GODDESS SETTLES for a TOP 15 FINISH

Picked by ALL to be the next MISS UNIBARSE, Dominican Republic leaves the competition after the final evening gown category. She had all the right 'ingredients' to be the next Miss Unibarse: the face, the bod, the height and the killer gowns!

Some speculate her choice of gown for the final round sealed her fate at the pageant. Some say it was the rumors circulating in the pageant that she was secretly booked to be the next spokesperson for Cocoa Channel, the latest television station in the Dominican Republic featuring th elatest in Carribean wear.

Named by the other delegates as their very own 'Kimora Lee Simmons' ARUBA leaves her friends and competitors after a very tight race for the Top 10.

ARUBA has plenty to smile about as their delegate enters the Top 15 two years in a row! ARUBA's dream of becoming the next Miss Unibarse ended abruptly when she wore one of the most revealing dresses during the final evening gown competition. Some say it was one of the best constructed gown of the evening but the design may have raised some eyebrows with the very 'conservative' taste of the judges which resulted in her elimination.

PUERTO RICO has been participating in MISS UNIBARSE since 2005. This is the first time PUERTO RICO enters the semi-finals and from the caliber of thier delegate this year, it looks like they have figured out the correct 'beauty recipe' to win it all...in the year's to come. PUERTO RICO has sent one of the most undeniable beauty in MISS UNIBARSE's 2 year history.

LEBANON exits the competition as after the 3rd round of competition during the final rounds of MISS UNIBARSE 2006.
Lebanon always sends strong, beautiful and well prepared delegates to Miss Unibarse and this year's representative is no exception.

She captivated the world with her headshot and proceeded to impress the preliminary judges during the swimsuit, evening and national costume competitions making her one of the strongest delegates entering the top 25.
