NIGERIA PULLS OUT of COMPETITION

NIGERIA (L) placed 2nd overall to KOREA (R)in the EVENING GOWN Preliminary

Days before the FINALS are set to begin, we received an email from the NIGERIAN doll director and threatens to pull out of the competion due to the 'Best in Evening Gown' fast track spot retracted from their dollegate and awarded to KOREA's representative which in reality scored the highest out of all the dollegates.

Miss Unibarse Organization had issued an apology for the slight oversight with the blog entry and explained the circumstances surrounding the retraction. We now await for his decision.

This is the first time that a dollegate gets pulled out midway into the competition. Should this happen, POLAND, who placed #26 overall, will take NIGERIA's spot in the TOP 25.

Which would you rather see compete? NIGERIA or POLAND?

I think NIGERIA will rock the competition. POLAND will just fade out with such a strong group.
NIGERIA should stay!

The Nigeria Director would be stupid to take the doll out especially seeing that she has competed so well. I don't know what the overall scores are but Miss Nigeria has got to be at least in the top 5 this year. Please Mr. Director don't cut off your nose to spite your face. Don't let loosing the evening gown stop you from winning the crown.

As for the Miss Unibarse Organization. I love Korea's dress and I see why the scores were close but if you announce a girl as a winner and then find that your mistake is the reason for the mishap then you should have awarded both girl the best in evening gown award and both girls should be fast tracked into the next round.
